General Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas
Currently, HUHOLE delivers exclusively within the United States. We are planning to expand our delivery services to other regions in the near future, so please keep an eye on our website for updates.

Free Shipping
HUHOLE offers free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Time
The time it takes from when an order is placed to when it is handed over to the shipping service ranges from 7-10 working days. Orders made over the weekend or on holidays may face delays due to the warehouse operating Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Order and Shipment Status Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Missing Packages
If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us within two months of the indicated delivery date. Unfortunately, we may not be able to provide assistance after this period. If there hasn't been an update on your package's status for more than 10 days, contact us right away so we can look into it and help resolve the issue.
